Q1: Is it safe for Auto SysTools to modify the system? Will it have a bad effect on the system?

A: We have made researches carefully on various parameters of the system. We also did test on different operation system. It has been proved that not only the modification on the system, but also the type of garbage files to be scanned and deleted is quite safe and will not have any bad effect on the system. If you want to add a new type of garbage files or change the type of them, you'd better be more careful. You can also send us the information about what you think is garbage, and add it to the list of garbage files after our confirmation.

Q2: Why is it that after I cleared the entries of IE, I still could find some websites I had visited?

A: While you're doing operations such as privacy protection, IE entries cleaning and so on, make sure you have shut all the applications. If the anti-virus software is working, stop it for a while. Our program cannot be carried out normally because of these softwares' running.

Q3: Why couldn't some operations be carried out when I use this software?

A: Our software could make some modifications on the system, but is available to System Administrator only. You can enter the system in the name of Administrator before running the software. Or you can ask Administrator for enough power.

For common personal computers, under the condition of one user only, you are the System Administrator and can do all the operations of our software.

Q4: After I added some types of garbage file and deleted them, one of my software couldn't work normally. Why and how to avoid it?

A: If it happens, don't be worried. The operations of cleaning up are all recorded in the report page. You can store the reports and send them to us as well as the names of garbage file you have added, and we'll help you to find out the reason to solve it. Before you delete the files, you can set the deletion as “Send to recycle bin”. If you find any problems after deletion you can recover it.
